3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

AIChemy integrates with third-party services including Google AI (Gemini) and other AI providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to:

  • The third-party provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies
  • Any usage limits or restrictions imposed by the provider
  • The provider's privacy and data handling practices

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all improved prompts before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIALCHEMY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data

9. Indemnification
